Wait... WHAT?

I got this fortune today with my lunch from Fu Jian (yeah, I'm totally judging myself for not bringing my bento). However, I needed this fortune today. Why? So I could be mad at it.
Why mad? I'm mad because life isn't the wind that breezes around you and leads you from place to place. Life is the down and dirty of choices - paths of least or most resistance. Yes, something random might happen in life but what happens next is choice. Overcome? Achieve? Wait? Falter? Fail?

Cliche remarks come to mind like reap the benefits and fruits of our labor.

My intuition tells me that I am in control of my happiness, life and destiny. Randomness might happen but it's up to me to choose my path - where and what I want, what I need, what I can/should have, what I should hide under my pillow and what I should wear on my sleeve. It's all choices and what is choosen builds and defines your life. Should the definition need to change then it's more choices, more work and more self discovery.

What is life without evolution; in the event that the universe is guiding my life... Why would I need to evolve, strive or try?
